Returns (how to)
Wrong color or size?
No Problem! Just send your stuff back for free*!
1. Log in to your account! (account)
2. Now you`ll see all your orders you´ve done so far. Choose DHL- return button** for the one you are going to send back stuff. (pic 1)
3. Click on the DHL- retoure button! (pic2)
4. A new window pops up now. Check your datas and press "send" ! (pic 3)
5. Now you can choose if you want to bring the package to the next post/DHL office by yourself (0 Euro) or if a postman should pick it up from your home (+3 Euro***). After that press the button "ready to print"! (pic 4)
6. Finnaly print the label, put it on the package and give it to the post/DHL.
*all orders from valuer 69,95 Euro. Return within 14 days after stuff was received. Germany only!
**DHL button is showen only if the conditions from ** are fulfilled.
***The 3 Euro fee for "pick up at home" service has to be payed by the customer.
