The Ares Bikes "BOO4" Front Hub is a light weight and low flanged fronthub with a heat treated 10mm CrMo axle and sealed bearings. The cones of the Ares Bikes "BOO4" Front Hub are made of aluminium to keep the weight low. The flanges of the Ares Bikes "BOO4" Front Hub are closer to each other. This brings two advantages: Flanges and spokes are further away from the foot and hand area of your fork and the bearing area of the hub body is protected from high tensile forces, for example if you use Radial lacing.
