Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you or a third party named by you takes possession of the last goods.

To withdraw, inform us by email, phone, or letter. You may use the form below, but you don't have to.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 30-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

We will refund the purchase price and standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Not refunded: any extra costs from choosing a more expensive shipping method, and any oversized item surcharges (Sperrgut). The refund will be made using the same payment method - at no extra cost to you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

Please send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal.

You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return Shipping Costs

Please contact us before returning - we will check if we can send you a prepaid return label.

• Germany: Returns via our DHL label are free of charge for you.
• EU countries: Returns via our label cost 10,00 EUR - this amount will be deducted from your refund.
• Outside the EU: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exclusions

No right of withdrawal for:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs (e.g., custom-built wheels, made-to-order custom bikes, or complete bikes modified with parts installed at your request)
• Goods that have been used or installed beyond what would be considered normal inspection in a retail store - briefly trying on clothing is of course fine, but wearing items for several days or installing parts on a bike is not
• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed
