Wrong color or size? No worries - we make returns easy.

How It Works

1. Contact us - Send a message via our return contact form or email [email protected]. We'll send you a DHL return label.

2. Pack your parcel - Pack the products safely. Include your name and order number if possible.

3. Attach label & drop off - Print the label, stick it on, and drop the parcel at any DHL location.

4. Get your refund - Once we've checked the goods, you'll get a confirmation email. Refund goes to the same payment method you used.

Costs

Withdrawal (within 30 days):

• Germany: Returns via our DHL label are free of charge for you.
• EU countries: Returns via our label cost 10,00 EUR - deducted from your refund.
• Outside the EU: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchange: If you'd like to swap the item for a different product, simply send it back and place a new order.
