kunstform Product Archive FAQ
What is the kunstform Product Archive?
The Product Archive is our digital archive. As a shop that has been "Rider-Owned" since its birth in 2003, we have seen thousands of products come and go. Here we preserve the data, images, and specifications of these historic BMX parts (from the 2005 – 2015 period) that are no longer manufactured or sold.
Can I buy the products on this page?
No. All products you see here are part of our archive and are no longer commercially available. This site is purely for informational and nostalgic purposes.
Where can I find current BMX parts to buy?
You can find all currently available BMX bikes, parts, shoes, and streetwear as usual in our BMX Shop.
Why are some products or brands missing from the archive?
Our archive is based on the product data we have digitally collected over the years. It is not complete. We filter the archive by time period (2005 – 2015) and manufacturers to show a curated selection. During our research, we also found some very old brands for which we have sadly (almost) no product data, e.g.: Artzone, MK, The Fifth, Nankai, Knight Bikes, Dragonfly Bikes, Diversion, Inertia, FM Bikes, UGP, Zwanzig**, Declaim, Ryal, Soul Bmx Mag, TryAll, Two Hip Bikes, D.O.M, Centsofnonsens, Nice! BMX, DEV Clothing, OSS, Flat TV, Factory of Madness, and SuperB**.
Some information seems inaccurate or incomplete.
That is possible. The data here is historical and was adopted as it was available at the time of product entry. Product variants may also be incomplete because the shop did not offer an archiving function initially. We, therefore, cannot guarantee the accuracy of this old data.
Will the archive be expanded in the future?
Yes. We plan to expand the archive's time period monthly, so we always maintain a 10-year difference from the current date. In the future, we will also add more manufacturers from the past to cover even more BMX history.
I have an old BMX part. Can you tell me what it's worth?
No, unfortunately, we cannot provide valuations for used or old parts. The value of Mid/Old School BMX parts strongly depends on the condition and demand in the collector's market. This product archive serves as a technical reference, not a price guide.
