MTB Bikes
A Dirt Jump Mountain Bike (Dirt Bike for short) is a symbiosis of BMX and MTB. It is built specifically for jumps, tricks, and pumptracks. Unlike a classic touring MTB, it lacks gears (usually singlespeed) and unnecessary weight. The geometry is compact, the top tube slopes steeply to give you maximum freedom of movement for tricks like can-cans or tailwhips.

What is an MTB Dirt / Street / Slopestyle / Pumptrack Bike?
An MTB Dirt/Street/Slopestyle/Pumptrack Bike is a hybrid of BMX and mountain bike. Specifically designed for jumps, tricks, and agile riding in parks or on dirt tracks. Usually singlespeed, compact, and robust for maximum control.
How is an MTB built?
- Frame
- Compact and strong, depending on use aluminum (light) or chromoly steel (robust). Short chainstays for manuals and tricks.
- Suspension Fork
- Dirt/Pumptrack forks with 80–100mm travel, tuned stiffer than trail forks for takeoffs.
- Wheels
- Almost always 26 inch, 20–24 inch for kids. Perfect compromise of agility and stability.
- Drivetrain
- Mostly singlespeed, lightweight robust chain (half-link), low maintenance.
- Brake
- Hydraulic rear disc brake, hose often adjusted for tricks. Barspin-ready for mechanical setups with rotor.
What types of MTB bikes do we offer?
- Dirt & Pumptrack: Lightweight aluminum frames for maximum speed and height.
- Street & Park: Robust steel frames (CrMo) for grinds and hard landings.
- Slopestyle: Sometimes full-suspension for big jumps and drops.
