We are BMX riders ourselves and know how tough it is to go without riding when parts are missing.
That's why we give our all to make sure your package reaches you as quickly as possible!
With your purchase, you not only support us but also enable us to support BMX events, projects, and talents.
If a product is not in stock, you will see the note "ready to ship in 2–5 business days".
We ship as soon as all items have arrived at our warehouse in Stuttgart and keep you updated via email.
Shipping & Business Days
Our shipping business days are: Monday to Friday
DHL / Deutsche Post picks up daily between approximately 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Orders with in-stock items and payment received by 12 PM usually ship the same day, depending on workload.
Products with delivery times (e.g., 2–5 business days) or assembly work (e.g., wheel building) may require 1–2 additional days.

Shipping costs depend on weight and order value.
You automatically benefit from reduced shipping costs at the following order values:
- Germany – from 99 EUR
- EU – from 199 EUR
- Europe (excluding EU) – from 399 EUR
- Near Europe – from 699 EUR
- Worldwide – from 999 EUR
Oversized Item Surcharge
BMX bikes from 22", BMX Cruisers, and MTBs often exceed 120 × 60 × 60 cm.
An oversized item surcharge applies.
Shipping of oversized items is not possible in some countries.

Deliveries outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the European Union, prices are displayed without German VAT (Value Added Tax). However, customs duties and import turnover tax may be incurred upon the import of the shipment, which we will not cover from us, and which you must bear yourself. Please inform yourself about the local import regulations for deliveries from Germany/the European Union.Thank you for your order.
