Our Promise
With your purchase, you not only support us but also enable us to promote BMX events, projects, and talents.
If a product is not in stock, you'll see the notice "ready to ship in 2–5 business days". We'll order it directly from our supplier and ship your order as soon as all items have arrived at our warehouse in Stuttgart. We'll keep you updated via email.
Shipping & Business Days
Our shipping business days are: Monday to Friday
DHL / Deutsche Post picks up daily between approx. 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Orders with in-stock items and payment received by 12 PM are usually shipped the same day, depending on workload.
Products with delivery time or assembly work (e.g., wheel building) require additional time as indicated.
Shop Pickup
You can also pick up your order for free at our shop in Stuttgart. Simply select "Pickup" as your shipping method. Our opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on destination country, weight, and order value. From a certain order value, you automatically receive discounted shipping.
The stated delivery times apply from handover to DHL.

Bulky Goods Surcharge
BMX bikes 22" and larger, BMX Cruisers, and MTBs often exceed 120 × 60 × 60 cm and are classified as bulky goods. In zones 1–3, a surcharge of +20 EUR applies. Shipping of bulky goods is unfortunately not possible in zones 4 and 5.
Deliveries Outside the EU
Package Not Arrived?
Please first check the delivery time for your zone listed above. As long as this time has not been exceeded, we ask for your patience – unfortunately, we cannot yet start an investigation with DHL.
Once the delivery time has been exceeded, we can initiate a parcel investigation with DHL. In most cases, the package is then located. Should it be considered lost, we will inform you and find a solution together.
