Our Promise
Since we’re BMX riders ourselves and know how tough it can be to go not riding – for example, because spare parts are missing – we give you our word: We do everything we can to get your package to you as quickly as possible! By shopping with us, you’re not only supporting us, but also helping us to promote BMX events, projects, and talents. We strive to keep all products in stock. If an product is not in stock, you will see the note "ready for dispatch in 2–5 working days". We ship your order as soon as all products are in stock with us in Stuttgart (Germany). For backorders, especially from abroad, delays may occur. Please check your emails regularly – we will keep you informed as best as we can. Below, you’ll find all important information about shipping, shipping costs, and delivery times.
Our Shipping Working Days
Our working days for shipping are Monday to Friday.
All references to working days are based on this timeframe.
Note:
Our shipping working days differ from the opening hours of our BMX shop in Stuttgart, as we prioritize packing orders, purchasing from our suppliers, and answering emails on Mondays and in the mornings. During this time, our retail shop remains closed.

Tuesday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Shipping Process
We ship all orders from our BMX shop in Stuttgart (Germany) via DHL / Deutsche Post. Package pickup by DHL / Deutsche Post from our BMX shop in Stuttgart takes place Monday to Friday between approximately 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM.
- Fast shipping for in-stock items: If all ordered products are marked as “In Stock” and we receive your order and payment by 12 PM, we can usually hand over your package to DHL / Deutsche Post the same day – depending on workload.
- Shipping for products with longer delivery times: Products marked “ready for dispatch in approx. 2–5 working days” need to be reordered. As soon as all items have arrived, we will hand over your package to DHL / Deutsche Post.
- Special cases for assembly work: If we need to assemble products (e.g., building wheels or customizing BMX bikes), the handover to DHL / Deutsche Post may be delayed by approx. 1–2 working days.
Shipping Costs, Weight Calculation, and Discounts
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the package and your order value. The weight includes the products as well as the box and packing materials.
In all delivery zones, we offer you discounted shipping once a certain order value is reached:
- Fixed order value thresholds apply depending on the zone (DE from 99 EUR, EU from 199 EUR, Europe from 399 EUR, Near Europe from 699 EUR, Worldwide from 999 EUR).
- Once this order value is reached, the shipping costs are automatically reduced.
- The applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Weight Guide for Packages
- under 3 kg usually includes small or single parts, shoes, or clothing items
- under 10 kg usually includes multiple or larger parts such as BMX frames or wheels
- over 10 kg usually includes 20-inch BMX bikes or many parts, multiple pairs of shoes, etc.
Note on Bulky Goods Surcharge
BMX bikes from 22 inches, BMX cruisers, and MTB bikes often exceed the package dimensions of 120 cm × 60 cm × 60 cm. A bulky goods surcharge applies to such shipments. In some countries, shipping bulky goods is not possible.

Delivery Times After Handover to DHL / Deutsche Post
Once the package has been handed over to DHL / Deutsche Post, the delivery times are based on the estimated transit times provided for the respective shipping zone.
Please note that these are approximate values. Delays may occur during holidays, peak times, or due to unforeseen events.
As soon as your package has been handed over to DHL / Deutsche Post, we no longer have any influence over the process and receive the same tracking information that you can access yourself.
Investigation in Case of Delays
If the status of your package has not changed for an unusually long time:
- Within Germany: after 7 working days without a status update
- International: after 20 working days without a status update
we can initiate an investigation request with DHL / Deutsche Post.
Once submitted, DHL will process the request. The processing time may vary depending on the destination country. A replacement delivery or refund is only possible once the investigation is complete and the package is officially declared lost.
In such cases, we kindly ask for your patience, understanding, and fair communication. We are committed to keeping you transparently informed and working together to find a solution.
Shipment Tracking
As soon as your package has been handed over to DHL / Deutsche Post, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your shipment to appear in the tracking system.
Shipping Outside Germany and the EU
For international shipments, DHL / Deutsche Post may hand over delivery to a local partner company in the destination country. We have no control over which company is responsible for the final delivery.
For deliveries outside the European Union, prices in our online shop are displayed without German VAT (Value Added Tax).
Additional national sales taxes, import duties, or handling fees may apply and must be paid by the recipient.
We recommend checking with the relevant authorities in advance about applicable import regulations and any potential additional costs before placing your order.
