The eclat "1023" Topload Stem was CNC milled in Kyoto, Japan. It is a combination of classic mid-school style and precise Japanese manufacturing. The low design and smooth bottom of the eclat "1023" Topload Stem allow the stem to be ridden either as a low-rise top-load stem (23mm) or upside down to achieve the same height as a front-load stem (10mm).
