The KHE Bikes "Star Nut" Topbolt get used in 1-1/8" steerer tubes which offer no internal thread for the use of a top bolt. The claw is pressed here in the shaft and thus serves as a thread replacement. The front brake cable can be routed through the banjo bolt. Nothing then stands in the way of a handlebar rotation.
