Battery Disposal
Proper Battery Disposal (BattG)
Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You can return them free of charge:
- Municipal collection points - recycling centers, collection bins in supermarkets and drugstores
- At our store - kunstform GmbH, Rotebühlstr. 63, 70178 Stuttgart
- By mail - send with sufficient postage to the address above
Battery Symbols
A crossed-out waste bin on the battery means: do not throw in household waste. Additional abbreviations below the symbol indicate pollutants:
- Cd = Cadmium
- Pb = Lead
- Hg = Mercury
Products with Built-in Batteries
Some products (e.g., bicycle lights) contain batteries. Remove them before disposing of the device, unless permanently installed. More info at Electrical Equipment & WEEE.
