The Park Tool "FR-8" Pinion Puller is a specially designed freewheel remover for BMX bikes with "Flip-Flop" hubs that feature a 30mm x 1mm thread. It is specifically made to remove four-notch freewheels from these hubs. The Park Tool "FR-8" Pinion Puller has a 1" base, allowing it to be used with adjustable wrenches, socket wrenches, or a vise.
