The CushCore "Pro" Tubeless Insert Set - 27.5 Inch is the original CushCore tire insert, protecting wheels and tires since 2017 and the choice for trail, enduro and downhill. A ring of non-absorbent foam sits inside the tire on the rim bed, absorbs hard hits before they reach the rim and supports the tire sidewall from the inside. That lets you run lower pressures without the tire folding in corners or burping air, and rim strikes become far less frequent. According to CushCore the insert improves suspension performance by 16 %, halves the force of big hits and adds 35 % sidewall stability in corners. The Pro fits 27.5 inch wheels with 22 - 35 mm inner rim width and tires from 2.1" - 2.6" wide and weighs 250 g per insert. The set contains two inserts for front and rear wheel, two 44 mm tubeless valves with CushCore's Hi-Flo design, a valve core remover and rim stickers. CushCore only works with tubeless setups and needs sealant.
