Chain Lube

A dry chain eats sprockets. Chain lube keeps the drivetrain quiet and protects against rust, and the choice depends on the weather: thin dry lube picks up less dirt in dust, heavy wet lube lasts longer in rain. Apply it sparingly and wipe off the excess, or the chain turns into grinding paste.
