Who or what is Union?
Union goes back to a German maker of pedals, lights and cycle computers whose history reaches to 1899. The Marwi Group took over the brand in 1995. Marwi itself was formed in 1983 and, with sites in Taiwan, Indonesia, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and Germany, is one of the largest pedal manufacturers in the world.
The Union name today covers pedals above all, from the simple plastic pedal to platform pedals with sealed industrial bearings and a CrMo axle. Not to be confused with the BMX brand Bicycle Union, which we also carry.
