Over or under the glove?
Both are common. Worn under a glove the splint sits tighter and gets in the way less on the bar; over the glove it is quicker to put on and take off. More important than the order is that the splint reaches into the palm, because that is where the force arrives.
Does it fit my gloves?
Thick splints and tight-fitting gloves do not go well together. If you are buying both, try the combination together, and consider going one size up on the glove.
