Grease + Assembly Paste

Without grease you will never get the bolt out again. Assembly grease belongs on pedal threads, seat posts, axles and in every bearing you open, otherwise aluminium seizes into steel. For carbon you do not use grease but assembly paste, which grips instead of lubricating.
