The JRC Components GoPro Adaptor for Non-JRC Computer Mounts hangs a GoPro or a light with a GoPro interface beneath an existing computer mount of another brand, such as Garmin, Wahoo or K-Edge: CNC machined from 6061 aluminium, it bolts to mounts with 20 mm bolt hole spacing from below with two M3 bolts and can be rotated in 90 degree steps. The bolts have a 10 mm thread for thick mounts and may need shortening on thin ones. Not for JRC mounts (there is a separate JRC adaptor for those) and not for Garmin mounts with a battery pack slot underneath.
