Early Rider
Early Rider from Wales has built kids bikes since 2006 that are built like real bikes: light alloy frames, child-sized geometry, short cranks, brake levers for small hands. From the balance bike via the Seeker and Belter (belt drive) to the Hellion with suspension fork in 20 and 24 inch, plus the matching spares and grips.
