A clutch normally connects two axles but the Stolen Bikes "Clutch" Stem simply connects your bar to your fork. This connection is perfect because this stem clamps very well. The 6061-T6 alloy of the Stolen Bikes "Clutch" Stem got CNC'd and made this great design possible. If you want to ride a gyro you can easily put the gyro plate on this stem.
