You're spoilt for choice wether you want to have the MacNeil "Primary" Cassette Hub with a LHD or RHD 9T driver. If you primary grind on your right side than take the LHD driver and if you grind mainly on the left side than get the RHD driver. But it is equal which style you pick of the MacNeil "Primary" Cassette Hub because it is simply a great hub.
