The Topeak "Power Lever X" Master Link Plier with Tire Lever consists of two tire levers made of hardened steel and fibreglass composite that join into a plier for all common master link types. A stainless steel chain hook holds the chain together while opening and closing, a compartment takes a spare master link (not included), and a Presta core tool (PCT) removes valve cores. According to Topeak the tire levers are not meant for heavy, thick-walled downhill tyres; a broken chain also needs a chain tool.
