EVS Sports from California grew out of a very practical problem: after years of knee injuries there was no knee brace on the market that met the needs of motocross riders. Its first brace, the AMX-5, was the first knee brace made specifically for motocross. From there EVS built a wide range of protective gear: knee braces, neck protection (race collars), helmets, chest and back protectors, protective jackets and knee and elbow guards that are also ridden in BMX racing.
