How to change grips is one of the questions we get asked most often through the contact form. Without a couple of tricks it turns into a fight, and the grips usually end up spinning on the bar afterwards.

The trick is WD40, available at any hardware shop or chemist: it lets the grip slide onto the bar and evaporates afterwards, so the grip locks in place. The video shows exactly how it is done.
