Weight
The heaviness of a BMX part, measured by weighing. It's worth noting that weight specifications for BMX parts can vary and may not always be precise. Several factors contribute to this:Manufacturer's weight specifications may be inaccurate or incomplete. The weight of two identical parts can also differ. We cannot weigh every individual part. For example, if there are handlebars in different heights, the manufacturer usually provides just one weight specification for all heights. When weighing two identical tires, you might get two different results.Source: BMX Glossary

The Maxxis Aspen is one of the premier XC race tires, with numerous World Cup wins and Olympic gold to its name. The high volume rolls over obstacles well and the side knobs, substantial for an XC tire, provide cornering traction. The Aspen is ready to race.
The new MaxxSpeed compound is a high silica compound for XC racing with around 25 % less rolling resistance than 3C MaxxSpeed and better wet traction. EXO Protection is a densely woven, cut and abrasion resistant layer in the sidewall, lightweight and flexible, for trail and XC. Folding tire, tubeless ready: run tubeless with sealant. The Wide Trail (WT) sizes are optimised for rims with 30 to 35 mm inner width.
