The Proper "TTL Miller" 2012 BMX Frame was designed by Mike Miller and revised for 2012. For 2012 Mike wanted a little more room so they switched to a 71 degree seat tube. He also wanted the Proper "TTL Miller" 2012 BMX Frame a little taller so they've accomodated that and added 5mm to the headtube in order to keep everything in proportion.
