The Silca "Hiro V.2" Locking Presta Chuck is the Presta chuck with a locking lever that Silca built after the heads the Euro-pro mechanics coveted: set it on, flip the lever, and it stays put, even on 10 mm of valve inside a disc wheel. Pre-load is adjustable, the chuck is full metal and threads into any Schrader fitting. The red 254 gasket is available as a spare.
