How to measure, and below it this manufacturer's charts. On every product page the matching chart is linked right beside the size picker.
Which measurements apply is up to the manufacturer. The table shows only the columns they publish.
- Measure body height without shoes
- Measure the chest horizontally at its widest point, under the arms
- Torso length is measured from the shoulder to the waist
- Breathe normally, do not hold your breath

Measure the waist at its narrowest point and the torso from shoulder to waist.
