How to measure, and below it the charts of the individual manufacturers. On every product page the matching chart is linked right beside the size picker.
Measure your waist at its narrowest point.
- Place the tape horizontally around the waist
- For the hip, measure at the widest point
- Measure the inseam along the inside of the leg, from crotch to ankle
