How to measure, and below it this manufacturer's charts. On every product page the matching chart is linked right beside the size picker.
Measure your head circumference horizontally, about 1 cm above the eyebrows.
- Place the tape horizontally around your head
- About 1 cm above the eyebrows and above the ears
- Keep the tape snug, do not pull it tight
