How to measure, and below it this manufacturer's charts. On every product page the matching chart is linked right beside the size picker.
Stand on a sheet of paper and measure from the heel to the longest toe.
- Measure in the evening, when your feet are at their largest
- Stand on a sheet of paper, heel against the wall
- Mark the longest toe and measure the distance
- Measure both feet and use the larger value
