has fully sealed bearings at front and rear hubs which is solid standard quality. It is also equipped with a toploader stem and a high rised bar and a pair of wide tires. This bike size is intended to body sizes to aprox. 115cm - 140cm (5 - 9 years) and support young growing riders learning tricks which would not be possible on a 20" BMX bike.
