The Atlantic Matt Care - 150ml looks after matt painted frames without making them glossy. The matt effect stays, the surface becomes water repellent and is easier to clean the next time round. Spray the bike and wipe it down with a clean cloth. Wash it with Atlantic complete cleaner first if it is heavily soiled.
