The Birzman "E-Grip Turn" CO2 Inflator Set stores valve head and cartridge in one grip whose stop keeps the head from piercing the cartridge while stowed. To inflate, you turn the grip over, drop the cartridge in and thread the head on; the grip shields your hand from the ice cold cartridge. A loop takes a Velcro strap to mount it on the frame.
