The Brave "Dirt Light" MTB Pedals is the most affordable platform pedal in the Brave range and still fully equipped. The one piece nylon body sits on a CrMo axle and runs on two sealed cartridge bearings. The pins are replaceable. A good starting point when the stock pedals are to be replaced by proper flat pedals.
