The Formula Disc Brake Adapter - FOX 40 puts a Formula post mount caliper on the brake mount of a FOX 40 dual crown fork. Formula makes it per rotor size up front: for 180, 200 and 220 mm. On the 200 and 220 mm versions the size is engraved on the adapter. Rotor and caliper are not included.
