freedombmx Awards 2026 on Nov. 21st, 2026, at Stuttpark & kunstform

Ten years after the freedombmx Awards came to Stuttgart for the first time, the German BMX Oscars are back: on Saturday, November 21st, 2026, the freedombmx Awards 2026 will be handed out in Stuttgart. During the day the Stuttpark gets shredded, at night the party moves to our kunstform Stockroom with a flatland best trick, three video premieres, the award ceremony and the after party. We are really happy to present the awards this year.

At night: kunstform Stockroom, Rotebühlstraße 63, 70178 Stuttgart

What Stuttpark looks like when the scene gets together was captured by freedombmx at the Stuttpark BMX Jam in April:

8:00 pm video premieres: Roommates by Moritz Zell, Jakob Wasserrab for the Cult Crew and Paul Kamps: Welcome to SIBMX
8:30 pm freedombmx Awards 2026, presented by kunstform BMX Shop
10:00 pm after party, powered by Wulle Bier

The riders of the year get crowned. The photo wall and the beer shower are part of it, as always.

In January 2017 the freedombmx Awards came to Stuttgart once before. After the Stuttpark Session, the winners of 2016 were honoured at Club Zwölfzehn, after around 1,300 votes had come in. Street rider of the year was our team rider Felix Prangenberg, who also came second among the park riders. Paul Thölen took the dirt and park titles, flatlander of the year was Kevin Nikulski, park of the year the Mellowpark in Berlin, and Stuttpark came third. A few shots from the photo wall:

And this is how the Stuttpark Session went down in January 2017:
