The Knog "Scout" Bike Alarm and Finder bolts under the bottle cage with tamperproof screws and speaks up when the bike is moved: 85 dB loud, armed and disarmed through the Knog app or the button on the device. The bike is found through Apple Find My, so with an iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch only. The battery lasts 2 to 6 months depending on use and charges over USB-C, the neon yellow silicone cover makes it visible, without the cover it stays hidden.
