The Leatt "3DF 6.0" Knee Pads - Flint combines a soft 3DF foam on the inside with a hard cap on the outside. The foam adapts to your anatomy and hardens on impact, the hard cap keeps the pad from wandering off the knee when sliding. Adjustable leg straps and a non slip band at the cuff hold it in position.
