The Leatt "4.5" Neck Brace - Camo transfers crash forces away from the fragile cervical spine and spreads them, and a composite matrix striking platform catches the helmet rim while still giving the helmet freedom of movement. A collarbone cut-out keeps the helmet rim away from fragile bones, and the split CoreFlex thoracic strut at the rear moves with the body and breaks away before too much pressure reaches the back. The rear is two-way adjustable, and the sculptured split front and injected, easy-to-clean foam padding give a comfortable fit. Leatt states a weight from 575 g.
