The Leatt "AirFlex" Elbow Pads is the flattest elbow pad Leatt makes. The Armourgel is only 6 mm thick and stays soft enough that you barely notice it under a jersey, then hardens on impact and takes the energy. Silicone lamination on the cuffs keeps it in place. Leatt states around 240 g per pair.
