Weight
The heaviness of a BMX part, measured by weighing. It's worth noting that weight specifications for BMX parts can vary and may not always be precise. Several factors contribute to this:Manufacturer's weight specifications may be inaccurate or incomplete. The weight of two identical parts can also differ. We cannot weigh every individual part. For example, if there are handlebars in different heights, the manufacturer usually provides just one weight specification for all heights. When weighing two identical tires, you might get two different results.Source: BMX Glossary

The Leatt "CeraMAG Gravity 8.0" MTB Ahead Stem uses the same CeraMAG body as the titanium version but comes with steel bolts and weighs between 107 and 117 grams depending on length. CeraMAG is a ceramic coated magnesium alloy, lighter than aluminium and, according to the manufacturer, better at damping vibration. The zero gap faceplate wraps the handlebar over 210 degrees and spreads the clamping force evenly. The interlocking faceplate interface makes fitting easier and the extra wide clamping area gives precise steering. A seal cap keeps dirt out of the steerer tube. Leatt certifies the stem to EFBE EPAC Gravity TRI-TEST standard, category 5.
