In addition to easy assembly, the braking response is noticeably improved as a result of eliminating the tradditional cable "bend" and tightening points that are usually found at a normal straddle hanger. - Adequate length to comfortably spin the bars all-the-way around once. - Requirements:
- A "traditional" lever with a slotted barrel adjuster.
- A U-brake with open ended arms (Odyssey, Fly Bikes, Dia-Tech, Bicycle Union, Proper, Superstar, etc.). - Note: If there is no slot in the cable guide, a screwable brake lever drum (Knarp) is included in the scope of delivery. However, since experience in handling Knarps is required for this solution offered by the manufacturer, this solution is not recommended by us from experience.
