The Park Tool "AV-5" Axle and Spindle Vise Inserts holds a wide variety of axles and spindles in a bench vise for wheel and hub maintenance. Besides the common quick release and thru axle sizes there are smaller openings for brake and shifter housing or hydraulic hose, plus a 1" hex opening for Park Tool cassette and freewheel tools such as the FR-1.3 or FR-5.2. Vinyl dipped retaining fingers and strong magnets keep them in the vise jaws, the precision extruded aluminum will not damage components.
