The Park Tool "BBT-RS" Bottom Bracket Tool Retaining System applies consistent, adjustable spring pressure to the bottom bracket tool, ensuring full engagement even with cups that allow mere millimeters of engagement and preventing slippage during removal or installation. An M8 threaded rod and a double sided adapter nut with M12 and M15 threads thread directly into cartridge bottom brackets, and the M15 thread fits all current Park Tool aluminum bottom bracket tools. Works with threaded cup, thread-together, cartridge and cup-and-cone bottom brackets.
