Pirelli "Scorpion SmarTUBE" MTB Tube (27.5" x 2.20"-2.60")
is a TPU tube for 27.5" wheels with tires from 2.20"-2.60" (ETRTO 59/70-584) and a 42 mm aluminium Presta valve. The Scorpion SmarTUBE uses TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) instead of butyl: up to 50 % more compact and much lighter than a comparable butyl tube, with better puncture resistance. As a spare it fits in any jersey pocket, and Pirelli's pros run it for marathon, trail and enduro. According to Pirelli for disc brake wheels only. Manufacturer weight 95 g.
