Pirelli "Scorpion SmarTUBE" MTB Tube (29" x 1.80"-2.20")
is a TPU tube for 29" wheels with tires from 1.80"-2.20" (ETRTO 46/58-622) and a 42 mm aluminium Presta valve. The Scorpion SmarTUBE uses TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) instead of butyl: up to 50 % more compact and much lighter than a comparable butyl tube, with better puncture resistance. As a spare it fits in any jersey pocket, and Pirelli's pros run it for marathon, trail and enduro. According to Pirelli for disc brake wheels only. Manufacturer weight 75 g.
