The Pirelli "Scorpion XC M ProWALL" MTB Tire - 29 Inch (foldable) is Pirelli's cross-country race tire for mixed terrain, developed from World Cup experience for everything from marathon distances to XCO laps. The medium height tread with a compact central channel rolls fast and accelerates well, while the mid spaced knobs hold on hardpack as well as on loose ground. The Race XC Compound is the fastest compound in the Pirelli MTB lineup: lots of chemical grip even in the wet, high tear resistance, and as a single compound it stays consistent over the tire's whole life. The ProWALL casing made of multi-ply 120 TPI nylon fabric has reinforced sidewalls and with them more cut and abrasion resistance, better handling and more stability at low pressure. Folding tire, tubeless ready.
