The Reverse Components "Barspin" Starnut get used in 1-1/8" steerer tubes which offer no internal thread for the use of a top bolt. The claw is pressed here in the shaft and thus serves as a thread replacement. The Reverse Components "Barspin" Starnut allows the handlebars to be rotated a full 360 degrees without twisting the front brake line.
